Some of the services we offer:

New Construction Cleaning

We have extensive experience in all phases of new construction cleanup. First to final clean, we provide air handlers with heap filters to 3000 cfm, dehumidifiers for drywall and paint. We can clean, seal and prep concrete as well as provide carpet masks and sealer to protect tile during final stages of construction, then remove, clean and final wax for on time and on budget turn over to your customer.

Tile & Grout

We can clean all types of tile and grout, we will repair and replace grout if needed. We do not recommend epoxy grout or recolor with “paint” products. It is our experience that these products are not as satisfactory as replacing and matching existing materials to the best of our ability, you will be amazed at how good properly cleaned and sealed tile look, this is not a one day, $29.00 per room process. It takes time but we guarantee satisfaction and it will last for years. We also offer installation of new tile and stone products.

Janitorial Service

Haddox Building Maintenance offers cleaning services for all types of industrial and commercial buildings. Our current customers range from small office buildings to high profile commercial and industrial facilities.

Floor Care

12 years experience to scrub or strip and wax all hard surface floors and provide you with a high-gloss or satin finish.

Carpet Cleaning

We use a truck-mounted extractor for your carpets, as well as bonnet cleaning. We have the best equipment and people available in the industry.

Window Washing

Interior and Exterior. We can clean windows on any building, as well as your awnings, aluminum, wood or composition framing. We utilize Genie high lifts, scaffolding, what ever it takes to get close enough to properly clean your windows.
