Haddox Building Maintenance offers services for commercial, industrial, retail and homeowners in Oregon and Washington. Here are some of the many reasons we feel that our cleaning program is the best in the industry:

We require NO annual contract to "administer" We are so confident that you will be satisfied that we only ask for an opportunity to make corrections to issues and a line of communication, IF you are still not satisfied, we will step away and there will be NO CHARGE for that months services.
We have a sense and pride of ownership and encourage common sense, if we find lights out, we will just replace them, no request forms or approval forms no surprise costs at the end of the month, just a note "lights replaced in hallway". We are not licensed electricians or plumbers but do offer some handyman services if the needs arise.
We encourage a one person contact but understand your time constraints and will offer a communication log to be posted in employee common areas, or a simple note left in a chair will most often satisfy minor details or needs.
Safety and Security are a primary focus, we will ask for our own security code where possible, We will announce our presence and make security personnel aware when we arrive and leave, we report any unusual instances and lock, check and recheck based on common practices. We understand fire codes, insurances requirements and bring to your attention, for example, back door blocked open.
Our knowledge of safety requirements helps our clients meet OSHA standards for safety in their facilities. We strive to be partners with our clients in promoting safe and secure work environment.
